UPDATE - I had a service issue and MAG solar is resolving it.

We installed a large 9.3kWh solar set about a year ago with Mag Solar. In the fall, a rattle emerged, and slowly got worse over time. I have tried contacting them by email and phone, local and national, repeatedly. I either get told they'll get back to me in a day or so, or, get ghosted. Three months later, I can't even get to talk to someone, let alone have my issue addressed.

I love the job this company did. From start to finish, shout out to Jake, the installer and Spencer who walked me through everything...and did everything for me. Permits, the application for Hydro credit...so amazing 👏🏿 🤩 🙌 now bring on the Sun !!

From start to finish and asking questions afterwards someone has been there to listen.
It was not on my immediate radar to put panels in but the process was so easy with them that we couldn't pass up the opportunity.
