Priority Auto Tirecraft in Steinbach is known for its friendly, helpful, and efficient service. When a customer's car had a blown A/C compressor and harmonic balancer, the staff at Priority Auto Tirecraft went out of their way to get the car fixed quickly. Though it was near closing time, they told the customer to bring the car in, and the next day they were able to order the needed parts and complete the repair the same day. The customer was very impressed with the fast turnaround, especially compared to the long wait times quoted by other dealers. Another customer made an online appointment for brake service, but when they hadn't received a confirmation call, Priority Auto Tirecraft apologized for the mix-up and were happy to reschedule. During the service, the staff also diagnosed and fixed an issue with the customer's caliper, all at a lower price than the dealership quote. The customer left very satisfied and plans to return. Priority Auto Tirecraft also has experience working on performance-oriented vehicles. When a customer brought in their lowered car for an alignment, the staff took special care when lifting the vehicle to avoid any damage. They also involved the customer in discussing the alignment specs to ensure the best possible result.
This is the place! Henry Penner was a life saver! Ended up in Steinbach with a blown A/C compressor and harmonic balancer on a Thursday afternoon at 4:45. Didn't know what was wrong but could see two pulleys on my engine fan belt that were wobbly. Called up Priority and though they were a few minutes from closing, they told me to bring it over and they'd tell me if I could drive it the hour home yet.
Long story short I couldn't and they agreed to try to fit it in and Henry said he'd check it out on Friday morning. Said it could take up to 2 weeks though. Super kind and helpful, even offered to take me somewhere if I needed a ride!

I made an online appointment a week from today to replace my front and rear brake rotors and pads. A day prior to when i was supposed to come in I still hadn't received a call confirming my appointment so i decided to give them a call.After calling I learned they never got my appointment, they apologized and were very friendly. Brought my lowered car here for an alignment. They took care when bringing the car onto the lift by having 2 people spotting to make sure the car would clear the ramps. The tech brought me into the bay during the alignment to discuss what specs would be achievable to ensure I would be happy with the result.I would recommend anybody in the area with a performance oriented car come here!Service: Wheel alignment
