If you're gonna have the name of your company on your vehicles please obey the rules of the road this person blew a stop sign completely didn't even bother stopping and just rolled out in front of me and good thing I was paying attention otherwise I would've hit them.

Had appointment for 1030 am.. after 3 calls someone finally shows up at 130 to say it can't be done. So rescheduled 2 days later for 10am.. doesn't show up until 1140..i work at 12. :S No call back and when i call they say they're fully booked. I've missed 2 days of work and rescheduled my hair clients twice. This is the first Steinbach business I've encountered that is complete garbage. Plumber nice but business unprofessional

Very poor customer service. It's officially been 2-3 weeks and still havnt had him come back to RE-FIX our ac unit. He had come down and fixed the coolant leak 3 months ago and now have the same or different issue.
Called to speak to the repairman personally since he knows best since he repaired ours and she forgot to direct my message to him. Then I called back and she forgot AGAIN. Then when I finally got ahold of him he said for sure next week he'd call or come down to look. We'll it's Saturday and no call or visit.

This company is a joke. Oh and I paid 600 dollars for 3 months of ac unit for 2 valves to be replaced and 70 dollar Coolant to be replenished.
