We had an emergency situation where our meter box was pulled down and wires had been exposed. Hydro cut the power to our home for safety. I contacted Prairie Forge Electrical and Colyn, understanding the urgency, came at the end of his work day to assess and was back at our place the following morning with plans and a quote. We had power restored in less then 24hrs from Colyn’s initial visit to the home. He took time to walk me through all my different options for repairs. He made recommendations, but was easy going and understanding when we stuck to the bare minimum for now. I had found knob and tube in my multi family rental and issues with tripping breakers.

I called around and Colyn was the first to want to come take a look and make a plan

I had 1 suite with a tenant moving into it 2 days after he came to look. I asked if it was possible to have the whole thing rewired before then and he worked all day and night and had it all done before they got possession!

He came by the next day and we made a plan to convert the rest of my 4 plex with 1 single electrical meter, to have each suite metered with a total of 5 meters and all new panels and electrical.
