Delivered shingles here was quick and easy staff was friendly the receiving office for delivery’s was a little confusing but was quickly pointed where to go the door is marked employees only so most people wouldn’t think to open it maybe adding receiving to the door would make it easier to find
I went to McMunn & Yates to get materials for a project; as soon as I walked in, Cassandra greeted me and was eager to help find what I was looking for! She went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed, and made sure I had the best quality. What I thought would be a 45 minute trip took about 10 minutes all thanks to Cassandra!! Amazing customer service!!
Great service. Nice to see young service guys show us where to find what we need, and then offer a discount. As a senior, this is hugely appreciated. So thanks to the young man who helped us out on December 19 with weather stripping. ?
