I went to McMunn & Yates to get materials for a project; as soon as I walked in, Cassandra greeted me and was eager to help find what I was looking for! She went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed, and made sure I had the best quality. What I thought would be a 45 minute trip took about 10 minutes all thanks to Cassandra!! Amazing customer service!!

Great service. Nice to see young service guys show us where to find what we need, and then offer a discount. As a senior, this is hugely appreciated. So thanks to the young man who helped us out on December 19 with weather stripping. ?

The reason I like going to McMunn is that it's usually not nearly as busy as some of the other hardware stores in town, which means less wait times at the service desk and cashier!
