I hired Aren CPA to do my small business taxes last year. This company is atrocious with communication.
My taxes only got filed through heroic efforts to keep on top of them, only to get no response for weeks, and sometimes months until communication ceased altogether.
This was not isolated to Kara Greywood, the accountant in charge of my account, all avenues of reaching someone at this company were exhausted. General email, phoning the office, contacting the manager, and having my bookkeeper reach out as an intermediary was met with crickets. The company ghosted me after I paid the bill, despite not receiving the tax return they indicated we were eligible for.

My situation was different then most when it came to taxes and Ben was very good about it but I'd try to call and get updates and left messages but never once did I get a call back. For normal taxes, he is a very good choice due to the knowledge he has
