Friendly, professional, and still small town friendly, Anderson Family Vision has been my optometrist for 54 years. First Dr. Arnold, then Dr. Ryall and Dr. Matthew. Their staff, always knowledgeable and helpful makes the appointment worthwhile. A special attribute to the Selkirk location, is the staff are never heavily perfumed, and the air is clean (no air fresheners) so those of us who are allergic to synthetic scents can visit without becoming sick.

Visiting Anderson’s is always such a pleasant experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and being greeted by Charlotte when you walk in makes the visit even more special — she’s so kind and warm. Barb is also wonderful; she’s extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about her customers. She takes the time to listen and understand both their needs and preferences. Anderson’s is an excellent place to shop for glasses.

This place was recommended to me by a coworker and I’m so glad she did. I’ve worn glasses since 11 years of age and this place tops them all. Highly recommended again from me.. professional, and just all around knowledgeable, understanding and just awesome. Will be back soon.

I had a horrible experience with this optometrist I don’t recommend them. I had to reschedule my appointment three times because of issues with the receptionist. She spelled my name wrong and took down my number incorrectly. 2 times I got called the day before that the doctor won’t be available for my appointment?? Then another time I had to call and change the time which the receptionist confirmed I was booked for the new time. Then they call me to confirm my appointment and they actually didn’t change my appointment time. Very sloppy receptionist that can’t do a simple job.
When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait an hour to see the doctor… I met with Dr Anderson who looked like this was the last thing on earth he wanted to do. Not personable, had a smug look on his face, did not explain anything to me. Made me feel really unwelcomed.
I definitely will not be returning unfortunately.

I had broken glasses and no way to fix them, Coral and Charlotte went above and beyond to help me so I could see again they didn't have too but did and they are awesome! thank you so much! I will be back here to buy my next pair!

Came in for an eye exam for contacts and received a warm welcome by their friendly staff. The eye testing process was far more modernized than I've ever been tested on. And at the end I asked what she was taking a picture of, she happily showed what looked like a xray picture of my eye (it was really cool) Guessing it's like a preemptive measure to make sure there's surprises in the future. The exam itself was pretty normal with what I'm used to. Definitely coming back here again

Staff is friendly and will work to fix glasses if any issues arise. We had an issue with my nieces glasses, they were able to issue her a new pair at no cost. I recommend dealing with one of the many Anderson's locations. The staff works with the customer in mind.
