We had an excellent experience with Prairie Oak tree service. They safely took down two massive trees with impressive skill and efficiency. The crew was professional, personable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They did a fantastic job with the cleanup afterward. Highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal done.

I found Curtis' tree trimming business through a friend of mine, where she highly recommended him. I checked out the business on BBB (and have written a review already). Pricing is in line with other tree trimming companies, but I wanted to support a family run business.
It took a few days to line up a date to trim my huge ornamental crab tree, but today (April 21, 2026) Curtis and his son Ryland showed up. The job was quick and Curtis involved me with any decisions on where he wanted to cut and asked for approvals. The tree looks naked at this point but I believe it will be perfect in the fall.
This is a great family owned business. Not only are they professional, they went above and beyond tree services. I was stuck in the ditch, in freezing cold temperatures. The whole family never left and helped me out when everyone drove away. This speaks volumes and integrity. They will receive all my future business. Highly recommended!
