They are specially trained Animal Care Experts who know their products really well. They are committed, patient, and hands-on with explaining the brands and offering suggestions. They take pride in helping customers shop for the best nutrition and products for their furry beloved family members. The store is always clean and organized, making it easy to find everything. Prices are fair for the high quality products available. It is a great place to shop where customers feel comfortable and happy.

I had an excellent experience at Pet Valu on Portage Avenue! The store is always clean , well -organized, and stocked with a great selection of pet products . The staff is friendly , knowledgable and generally cared about helping me find exactly what I needed for my pet. They also take special orders if customers need any product . They took the time to answer my questions, offered helpful recommendations, and made me feel valued as a customer.
