If you want to take a good few hours buying lots of amazing stuff for loved pet, this is it! Seriously this store crushed it!! The moment you enter, ypu can get grooming done, pet daycare , and I looked online yes they do over night boarding !! Seriously. You can pay extra to have your dog or cat CUDDLED AT NIGHT WITH A BRUSH!!! I just about died reading this!! ????? The large selection of clothes for dogs; for any season ! The food selection tip top. It is out of the city so make it a fun event and go eat in Lockport at Sonia's stand (summers) or Half moon..Anywhere just go!!! Seriously love it

I had booked our Chocolate Lab, Ben in for grooming and nails, and realized that I had to be at another appointment at the same time. I called and the staff were very accommodating, and said bring him in a bit early-no problem at all. Everything worked out perfectly, and it was a huge load off my plate not having to reschedule. From the person on the phone to the people at the front counter, to the groomers, everyone was polite, friendly, and very professional. A very positive experience, and Ben looks and smells great too! Thank you all for being so good at what you do! Highly recommend!!
