Kleefeld Construction
“We only have great things to say about these folks — from top to bottom, our experience building a home with KC was superb.
We met with and received quotes from several builders, but after the first meeting with KC we knew we wanted to go with them before even getting a quote as they are so clearly honest, caring and transparent.
We know many people who have built and say it’s stressful, but we had the opposite experience. Everything was smooth sailing from the day shovels hit the ground to possession. They stayed perfectly on budget (other than things we added on) and the communication was awesome. We knew what was happening at all times. They also worked with us for several different customizations and made it easy to do so.
The quality inside and out is great, and we’re so happy with the way it turned out. It’s also clear when talking to trades and other folks who work with KC that they treat their people very well, which shines through in their excellent build quality, care and detail.
If we were ever to build again decades down the road, KC will be our first and only call. It’s nice to know that good, honest, caring people like KC are in the home construction business.”
