Being a real estate advisor, and having had many clients work with Saber, I was confident when I called to have my own foundation remidied. The quoting process was quick and clear. The work was completed promptly and as discussed.
Saber recently finished waterproofing our basement. While there was a wait between the quote and the actual job as there are many homes that needed waterproofing, they are very easy to communicate with, and the quote held up within the year so no surprise charges. The job was done in 3 weeks or less and they cleaned up well.
I suspected at least one telepost needed adjusting and after a couple quotes decided to go with Saber as they seemed, by far, the most knowledgeable with regards to the adjustment process. Our house has two seperate beams throughout several different rooms which is a bit more complex than usual. Trevor was amazing and super patient with the thousand questions I asked. Very confident in his work and the hump I had above the telepost is gone already. Thank you!
