The two young fellows who came to install our windows were very polite and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up after. We put in larger windows which required cutting into stucco; they had to move a few elec wires (just lower them, not re-wire). We are very happy with our picture and casement windows.

I used Pioneer personally for my home after hearing great feedback from our staff who have used them on customer projects.
They were very accommodating with my schedule, ensured the orders were correct, and offered competitive pricing. They were slightly behind schedule on the day of installation (about 30 minutes) but communicated this ahead of time.
The team was clean on site, took care to protect my contents, and let me know right away when a piece of very old tile around one of the windows was damaged — which I expected would happen during the install.
If anyone is looking to replace windows, I would definitely recommend Pioneer Window and Door. A friend recommended them to us and he was bang on!! Right from the beginning, they were nothing but professional from the salesperson, to the office, to the installers. Ruslan and Max were very good installers, taking care and showing pride in their workmanship. Afterwards, they cleaned up and left behind an amazing transformation! Koodos to Pioneer!!!!
