I cannot say enough positive things about the professionalism, quality of product and accuracy of this company.I’ve been involved in several building projects over the years and have had dealings with several tradespeople. These guys top my list.I’ve used their services twice. In the first phase the piles were so perfectly placed there was no need for any adjustments on any of the piles. The building of our new home was an absolute nightmare, and at one point, we lost all hope that there were any good quality and honest companies out there. Luckily for us, some businesses stepped up and restored our faith. CMS Construction Ltd was one of those companies. The guys from CMS came out to my cabin close to Kenora , Ontario, to install helical piles for a deck on the waterfront. Matt and Chris were extremely knowledgeable. reliable, trustworthy and very efficient. I was more than happy with their professionalism and work-ethic and would hire them again in a heartbeat!
