The ladies here were very good. They happily explained things and answered questions. It was easy to make an appointment that worked, and they offered alternatives when my preferred date was booked.
The facilities were clean and quiet even though the place was quite busy. The lady I had was polite, efficient, and did a great job. She also made sure I was happy with the results before leaving. Will be returning.

It was my first visit at Oak and Ivy, and I really love it here? Emily did my hair yesterday, and I LOVEEEE it. You can see she is passionate about her job, and she genuinely cares about her customers and what they want. We spent a lot of time talking about how I wanted my hair done, and she explained every step of the process. I love the environment, and staff members are really supportive of each other. I've found my fave salon!! ?❤

Great experience this weekend! I got my lashes and hair done for an event and had a wonderful visit at this salon. Would absolutely return. Vibes were great! Staff were friendly and professional, salon was clean and modern!
