Cant say enough about the service. Had furnace and hot water tank replaced. The assessment was informative professional. Options and recommendations given, with explanations.
The removal and install was the same. Fast, informative and careful of the home with laying drop cloths. Couple valves were found to be needed that were not in the quote. That did not stop them from installing them anyway, at no extra cost to me. Never left here until everything was tested for proper operation. Service like that is hard to come by these days. I had a hot water tank replaced in March. (My last tank, when installed had hoses just droopingly attached to valves which caused leaking I had to continually fix.) While Lance Wagner’s team came in and installed the hot water tank and replaced the valves and made piping all tight and tidy, securing them to the floor boards which is how pride in service is meant to be. We've been using Lance Wagner P&H for a few years now after disastrous/rude/and shoddy service from another company. Lance Wagner offers different options, explained things that no one else had ever taken the time to explain or point out, and is very friendly. Fast fast service, too.
