The removal and install was the same. Fast, informative and careful of the home with laying drop cloths. Couple valves were found to be needed that were not in the quote. That did not stop them from installing them anyway, at no extra cost to me. Never left here until everything was tested for proper operation. Service like that is hard to come by these days.
