Dr. Suzy Heibesh was great with my 4 year old, she listened and ordered us further diagnostics to be sure everything was ok rather than just sending us home with Advil.
The receptionists were also nice and friendly. I know we might have just came at a lucky time, but we did not wait long for the walk-in at all. The pharmacists next door were also quick and nice.
Dr. Suzi seemed nice and caring but when it came to my MPI paperwork she failed to finish filling it out when she said she would. My claim was denied. When I had forms from my workplace she didn't even bother with the second page, which was the most necessary, she simply said that I can return if needed. However wait times are awful even with an appointment.
Very unhappy with support staff. I am a senior and unable to get around to places that require transportation. I could not get information on my blood work that is usually done there. Some of it could have been done, but they chose to send me elsewhere. Dr. Suzy told me they could do it there if they weren't busy. I like my Dr. very much, but there is a lot of rudeness from people at the front-end. I seem to always leave there in tears because of the lack of respect.
