I had my hair straightened on May 28, 2026 in Chatters Brandon branch by a Filipino guy. At first, the result looked okay, but after three days, I noticed the actual result. Some parts of my hair became tangled and difficult to comb. I am not sure what went wrong during the treatment.
Also, I only found out when I was about to pay that the charge was $100 per hour, so I ended up paying $400 plus a tip. Considering the condition of my hair now, I do not feel that the price was worth it. My hair has become very damaged.

Last time I wasn't completely satisfied with my haircut, but this time I had my haircut done by Charles, and I'm really happy with the result. He took the time to understand what I wanted and did a great job. The cut looks neat, suits me well, and the overall experience was much better. Thanks, Charles, for the excellent work!
Never thought they would accept walk-ins but I'm glad they did. My stylist, Amy, is simply the best. She considers her client's request carefully and made sure to give honest feedback if the requested style suits the client or not. She gives amazing tips on how to maintain the hair style on a day to day as well. New loyal patron here!
