Last time I wasn't completely satisfied with my haircut, but this time I had my haircut done by Charles, and I'm really happy with the result. He took the time to understand what I wanted and did a great job. The cut looks neat, suits me well, and the overall experience was much better. Thanks, Charles, for the excellent work!
Never thought they would accept walk-ins but I'm glad they did. My stylist, Amy, is simply the best. She considers her client's request carefully and made sure to give honest feedback if the requested style suits the client or not. She gives amazing tips on how to maintain the hair style on a day to day as well. New loyal patron here!

When you first walk in up to the counter you are not greeted with smiles, you kinda feel like you’re not the most welcome. I have seen this a few times I have (had) to go there. Even other people coming in you can just hear in the voice.
The hair cut is okay not great by any means. I have gone home with mismatched side burns lots of neck hair I had to clean up myself.
They just use the cape and try to make it tight on your neck so the hair does not go under. I like other places that use the tissue to help... read full review
