Originally called Souris vet clinic as we had a newborn kitten who was gagging and having a hard time breathing. They directed us to the Boissevain clinic. We left a message and nobody ended up calling us back. We called them Thursday night.
I try to give veterinarians a little bit of grace because they have a very difficult and thankless job. But why have a 24 hour line if nobody is going to return calls. My boyfriend called him twice. I called them once and I had a friend call them. It would be a little bit different if somebody returned our phone call, but nobody has called us. Please do not put in your voicemail that somebody will call you back usually within 30 minutes when you guys don’t call people back.
At this point, it doesn’t even matter because the kitten died in my hands.

Fantastic! Andea is the best. Brought my kitty for neutering from Brandon, left him overnight and picked him up the next day-no extra charge. The best price in the area! Highly recommend. Plus, they have the coolest kitty ever!
