I brought Gadget in as she had something on her neck. I didn't know if it was in her fur or on her skin. Dr. Trevor took her into the back and cut away the fur and cleaned the area with surgical soap. It turned out to be a wound on her neck, cause unknown. He prescribed a cream with steroids in it to apply twice a day for 10 days. The wound was quite inflamed but hopefully it will heal quickly.

TBH we have been toggling between vet clinics for our girl, Fiver. She is a 130 lb diabetic Pyrenees mix. We are grateful to have landed back at Clearspring, specifically with Dr Johnson. We had many questions & concerns regarding Fiver’s prescription, etc. With no hesitation, Dr Johnson looked at all the tests she’s had, asked a lot of questions, did blood draws, and overall wellness check…and solved our issue. And also came up with a plan B if this course of action falls through. It was so good to not only have Fiver treated well and with care but also for us to be heard. It cannot be stressed enough as to the importance of being listened to. We left that appointment feeling that Fiver has a great team now.

This is the 3rd time they have not supplied enough oral antibiotics for my pet. Of course they always try to blame me but I have followed directions exactly and I didn’t spill any. This time I only received half the amount they were supposed to dispense. I received 7 days worth instead of the 14 days stated on the printed directions. I have a 3 strikes rule, so no going back there for me.

Very friendly place. We had never been to this vet before because my mom just moved to Ste Anne and then we unfortunately need to put my kitty to sleep. They were very so lovely, had a whole set up with treats for my cat and tissues for us. Even wrote a lovely card to us when we went to pick up the remains.

We had a great experience with the spay & neuter clinic held at Clearspring Animal Hospital. Both my males did well and they seem to be recovering nicely. All my questions were answered and i would recommend this place.

The only input I have is that I'd like to have the ability to put all the names of the caregivers into your database. As my number and email are there, but not my name. I think it would be prudent to have as much information as possible, and ultimately, the pet caregiver's names (all of them being the point here) should be on the top of that info list. Otherwise, I have zero complaints or input.
