I thought I needed new all-weather tires and called First Street Auto to book an appointment. From the start, they were great, walking me through different tire options and clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. They even ordered the tires for me ahead of my appointment. When I came in, they checked my current tires and told me they were still in really good condition and that I didn’t need new ones yet. I genuinely appreciated their honesty. These guys are great!! I was in a hurry to get somewhere and I found I was having a little problem with my tire. I stopped in here and they were right out there and checked them all. Thanks a lot!! Great service

Best automotive centre in town! From the awesome front desk ladies who always have a smile, to the new coffee corner they added to the building since the renovations. I love having the option to drop my vehicle off in the morning for an oil change and to grab a coffee for the walk home. As a woman who knows nothing about vehicles, I now look forward to coming to get my oil change by them. I tried the iced brown sugar latte & it’s better than Starbucks. Very kind knowledgeable staff. I will always continue to come back here.
