I thought I needed new all-weather tires and called First Street Auto to book an appointment. From the start, they were great, walking me through different tire options and clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. They even ordered the tires for me ahead of my appointment.
When I came in, they checked my current tires and told me they were still in really good condition and that I didn’t need new ones yet. I genuinely appreciated their honesty. They easily could have installed the new tires and charged me for something I didn’t need, but instead they did the right thing.
The staff are friendly, professional, and truly honest. Because of that, I’ll absolutely continue to give my business to First Street Auto and would recommend them without hesitation!
