A HUGE thank you to Emerald Carpet and Duct Cleaning! They were super responsive with getting back to me with an inquiry (I emailed late the night before and I had a response early the next morning)! They came out to assess my laundry dryer vent that needed cleaning out, quoted the job (which was extremely reasonable) and had the job finished in no time at all. I will definitely be recommending this company for duct and vent cleaning for those asking!

Grant and his partner came out to our house in Oakbank this morning to clean our ducts. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism, their friendly attitude, and their knowledge about our HVAC and HRV systems.Grant explained everything that they were doing in advance, and why. He offered many tips about how we could maintain our indoor air quality, and took the time to answer all of our questions.In terms of the actual work performed, we felt they did a very thorough job, and were very respectful of our house. We used Emerald to clean the furnace ducts and all of our carpets at our new house in November 2021. Found Grant and Clint to be very professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to walk me through all of the work they were going to do, and even showed me how to properly maintain my furnace. Carpets look much better now, and Emerald did a very thorough job. Good quality choice for ducts and carpets, would definitely use their services again. Highly recommend
