I had a great experience working with Marv. He wasn't bothered (or at least didn't show it!) that I'd send him my questions at any time of day whenever they came to mind, he was helpful in answering those questions and had the knowledge I needed. If I did ask a question that was too open or generic he didn't give a 'confidently incorrect' answer just to satisfy and would explain why it didn't have a clear answer and give some guidance.

I would highly recommend Border Real Estate, namely Jeff Wiebe! It had been almost 20 years since we looked for a house and Jeff was an excellent hand holder answering questions at all hours, and arranging last minute viewings. He not only found a great house for us, but he sold this house in record time! Oh, and the house warming gift basket Jeff left for us was a wonderful surprise ? Thank you!
