She took my uneven box colored red hair and turned it into such a rich color with amazing highlights. If I lived in Yarmouth, I would be here every month! The prices are great and the quality of Noel's work is fantastic! She has such a great personality and will make you feel like you've been friends for years. I highly recommend this place!”
