This is a very clean and tidy Ulta! The samples are all usually in good condition, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. On several occasions they’ve given me some great product recommendations.

Love Ulta but had an unpleasant experience on Aug 1 2026 at 2pm at the Hyannis MA store. Went in to exchange foundation which I had used a $10 birthday coupon when I purchased. The very nice young woman at the register asked the older assoc how to process the coupon. The older woman said it couldn’t be done bc the coupon was expired (it wasn’t!) but she will do it this one time. Like she was doing me a favor. I said it wasn’t expired and I had another $10 coupon I could use. No acknowledgment from her. I said thank you. Again, no acknowledgment. Maybe she was simply having a bad day or needs a refresher course on customer service.
