these guys came quick, assessed the issue right away and remedied the problem all within a couple of hours -all on a holiday weekend. i was blown away by the level of service. thank you

Cassie the operations manager answers the phone, not an automated attendant. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, extremely responsive and helpful in setting up my service. We had a problem with our system, and Casey our service technician arrived exactly as scheduled. He diagnosed a not so easy issue with professionalism and knowledge quickly fixing our problem. Casey explained everything with great patience and was a pleasure to have repair our system.
It’s a shame I can’t give Seaside 6 stars. I had a great experience with my mini split installation and some plumbing repair. From the first meeting getting the estimate, to working with their team to get the MassSave paperwork completed to the actual installation experience itself. I was impressed the whole way through. I normally hate contracting work in my home, but this has been a great experience and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
