Shout out to Parker's for coming right out, within the hour, on a Sat. morning to unclog our septic that was backing up into the basement. He answered the phone at 6:50 am, was here before 8 am, and knew exactly what the problem was. Thanks again. See you in 2 years.

Even though I’m outside his service area he walked me through my septic pump alarm and how to operate the control panel and what was causing it. Really nice guy and clearly very knowledgeable.

John Parker showed up on a Labor Day weekend when no one else would. I called other businesses, but Parker is the only one who picked up and showed up within 30 minutes of my call for our emergency situation. Pumped the septic, had a good chat, educated us, and all for a very reasonable price.
