They really took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and thoughtfully guide me toward the best options. I never felt rushed, and their patience meant so much.
When I came back for my appointment, everything continued to exceed my expectations. The treatment itself was quick, professional, and so comfortable. They checked in with me throughout and made sure I felt relaxed the entire time.

So listen, I never do reviews and I swear she never even asked me to do this one. I am compelled to share that Kim is so amazing. If I could give a thousand stars, I would. I live in the DC area and love her much I will never go anywhere else. She is so talented and honest. She will never do a procedure just to get more money. She takes her time to make sure you look perfect. She pays attention to every detail. When you are talking about your face, you can not take chances. No matter if it is the first time you have ever done any procedure or you are a veteran I can promise you that you will not regret coming here.
