I've used her for regularly walking my 60-pound pit mix for almost two years now, and my daughter and a neighbor to me had her service for years before that. She ensures that at the end of every in-home visit a "Visit Card" is completed by the walker and left for the owner which details what transpired (pee, p**** treats, fresh water, package brought inside etc etc) along with a written comment about how things went.
