Take it from someone who lives with chronic pain from a damaged sciatic nerve and had 2 back surgery so I have a lot of scare tissue. I had a massage with foot reflexology and it was AMAZING! The ladies were super friendly, the only talking once she started was to ask me if the pressure was ok and to turn over so I was able to completely relaxed. I will be going back!

The Rose Wellness Spa, located at 122 Shrewsbury Street, Worcester, is one of the nicest spas in the Worcester area. The young staff are very pleasant and professional. The rooms are very clean and heated, and nicely decorated. The atmosphere with soft music was tranquil, and relaxing. My appointment with Miss Mia began and ended on time, and was very therapeutic. Miss Mia is exceptional, and has outstanding skills. Far better than most ! Yes, I will return for another appointment with Miss Mia !

Amazing massage! They were very attentive and kind:) The one thing I will say is that the 60 min massage advertised on the website for $60 is actually $70 and they include a mandatory 30% tip. All in all- $90 for a 60 min massage with tip included is standard, I just wish there was transparency around that.
