THEIF ALERT - FRAUDULENT PRACTICE - I received a fraudulent bill 4 months after a fully-paid service, billing phone # is endless hold that takes days to call back (if ever). No one who can do anything will answer the phone or help. Reported to Attorney General's office for fraud.

If I could give no stars, I would. The business office of Saint Vincent Medical Hospital pretends to not know that St. Vincent Radiological Associates is associated with St. V's hospital, and therefore pretends they can't help when bills are incorrectly disseminated and not properly documented. Going on 6 months of issues with billing, and almost every staff on the St. Vincent payroll has been nothing but unhelpful. I will never, ever do business with anything associated with or using the name of St. Vincent Medical Hospital ever again, and I encourage so many people to do the same. Avoid this corrupt, disgusting establishment at all costs.

Upon arrival at the UMass Endoscopy Center at 21 Eastern Ave., from the intake in the reception area to discharge, I was treated very well. Everyone was kind and took my stress and worry level from a pending panic attack to joking and laughing. The staff is fantastic at what they do and run like a well oiled machine but they never forget that you're a person first. You never feel like you're just a number. When I got into the procedure room, Dr. Houghton came in. She introduced herself, explained the procedure, how long it would take and what would happen throughout the whole thing. She also told me she'd be back in to explain any findings and followup afterwards....read full review
