About Remodel or Renew Home Improvement Inc.
Remodel or Renew Home Improvement Inc. is a general contracting team based in Worcester, Massachusetts, serving New England. The business is described as an elite Trex Pro Platinum installer that specializes in premium custom decks offering durability, low maintenance, and exceptional beauty. Services include multi-level composite and traditional wood designs, porch repair, sunrooms, custom railings, and screen porches, with outdated structures updated and brand-new backyard retreats built with efficient turnaround times.
Reviews describe the team as super responsive, polite, and attentive. Any time a call was made during working hours, someone was reached or called back shortly after. The final product was described as great, solid as a rock, high quality, very strong, beautiful, and amazing, with the patio and porch no longer an eye sore. The demo and construction team was thorough, friendly, fast, talented, efficient, and professional, and left the yard and driveway washed and spotless. The quality of work was called stellar, and the workers took great care to make sure customers were happy with the output. One project took longer than expected, with shipping delays on railing materials, but the customer never doubted the work would be completed to satisfaction. Dirt from the footings was spread over a lawn, but a credit towards future work was given to make things right. Pricing was competitive. Customers highly recommend the business and plan to reach out again for future projects, including window replacement.
Reviews
I highly recommend Remodel or Renew Home Improvements! From our initial meeting(s) with Sam (who was knowledgeable, patient and responsive) to the beginning of the project and throughout all my questions were answered by John Christopher the project manager. The workers were talented and VERY hardworking…the end result is something we’ll enjoy for years!!
We contacted Remodel and Renew to replace our pool deck. The area that they had to work with is a bit challenging and I could not be happier with how it came out.
Everything from the initial call, the design (a two tiered deck), quality of workmanship and customer service was outstanding.
The project manager that we worked with, Evan Jacobs, was courteous and professional, answered all of our questions and returned our many phone calls promptly. He even came by the house when the contractors were done to be sure that we were happy with the project.
I highly recommend them for any home project!!
