My first time experience with a CPAP machine from RegionalHC was made very pleasant by Technician Jody Tiedmann. She patiently walked me through every aspect of the setup, use of the machine and mask. She was helpful in explaining the different modes and symbols plus tips on what to do if I encountered any issues. She was exemplary.
I recently had an appointment with Jody at the Regional HealthCare office in Worcester for my cpap replacement .
My appointment was timely and the clinician was helpful in her explanation of the ResMed 10. She detailed operation of the instrument and helped me update my new cpap info in the software. Jody was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. She was professional and was not rushed in our interaction. I felt very confident to use my new cpap when I left the office .
Jody was Very professional, courteous, very personable and extremely helpful with my new machine. It’s been 7 yrs since I’ve had a new machine so the advances in technology with the new machine was a little intimidating, but Jody walked me through everything and I feel more comfortable about it!
