Really nice shop. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered some glasses that didn’t quite fit right and caused pain and they offered a full refund or exchange after a month. No questions asked and were happy to help me find a better frame. Bob and Bill were great to work with. Also got my Rx in some old sunglasses and they helped with that. Def worth a visit if you’re looking for a cool shop with options and welcoming staff. Very profesional!

My regular eye doc is down the Cape and I live in Worcester. I've been to these guys twice for repairs, the second time my specs were pretty banged up. They fixed me up both times within a few minutes and back to like new, no charge either time. Nice folks and a sweet doggo too, ask for Bill.

Good frame selection. Great service. Reasonable prices. Friendly people. No high pressure sales tactics to add on extra lens coatings... in fact, the optometrist told me that since these were "indoor" glasses (used when working on a computer) I probably didn't need to buy the anti-reflective coating they would normally recommend.... but if I decided I wanted to add it later I could do so easily... and the price would be the same no matter what.
