The staff and nurses were so kind and knowledgeable! I was feeling sick ant my appointment and the nurses helped get me an ice pack, held my hand, and asked if I needed my partner in the room. They also made sure I was informed about my body and my condition. I would go here for any healthcare issues!
Very grateful that they provide IUD placement with sedation. I felt safe and comfortable during the procedure. Dr. Ahilya was gentle in both her handiwork and bedside manner. All the providers who worked with me were kind, professional, and always making sure I was comfortable. My only reservation is that we were there for over three hours in total, not knowing when I'd be seen. We didn't budget that much time for this appointment, but for the level of care I received, it was well worth the wait.
Went in for HRT refill and the staff there was incredible. I've been to several planned parenthood locations and i've yet to had a negative experience with any of them. They made me feel safe and comfortable the whole time through. c:
