Scheduled them to come out on a Tuesday for a quote to widen our gate, they had to reschedule to later in the week due to illness, not a big deal. They came out and took measurements on a Friday and said they'd have a quote to us Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday I emailed for an update. Never heard anything back. We had let them know it was a priority for us to make this happen quickly and this seems like it was nothing but a waste of time. Disappointing.

Just like other reviewers, got a quote for fence repair, they said they would be out to fix it within the next few weeks, then they totally ghosted. I called multiple times and received no response. Bizarre. Don't waste your time.

Doug, Jack and others were great. I have a chihuahua and they went out of their way to make sure the fence is as close to the ground as possible and even blocked between the gate and foundation to prevent escapes. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
