Great customer service. I ordered a same day delivery for valentines day. The flowers were not as expected and was a bit disappointed. However the owner Marie went out of her way to correct the order and hand delivered it. She did an amazing job and was very pleasant to deal with.

Absolutely gorgeous roses! This was my second time ordering here because I was so impressed by my last order. These roses last forever! The owner is absolutely lovely and the delivery service is terrific. They actually called me to confirm that someone would be there to receive them rather than simply leaving the flowers outdoors in the cold. Excellent service. They are my go-to flower store in central MA!!!

We showed up needing a show-stopping bouquet on short notice, and a couple hours later House of Flowers knocked our socks off. Even the flair of the wrapping was exquisite. We can't wait for another excuse to come back.
