Our dog has been with them for nearly a decade. Our dog is anxious all the time and nervous around other dogs. But he always leaves happy for his haircut. They do a great job. If I had any complaint it is that they are often full because of how many people take their dogs there.
Staff are super friendly and welcoming, as well as accommodating and informative! I came in as a first time client to get my dogs nails cut before our first child was born. I was thankfully able to get a last minute appointment with such ease! Once there, Michelle took the time to give me advice on how to introduce my pup to the new baby, and then gave my dog the most comfortable environment to get those nails cut (she is very resilient to getting her nails cut). She was able to do it fast and efficiently :)very happy with todays visit! And so is Maisy with her finally cut nails
We just moved to the area and were looking for a new groomer. Our dog can get really anxious so it can be hard to find someone who is patient enough with him, but Michelle was incredible!! She was so nice and understanding and our dog looks great! Will definitely be coming back in the future!
