Furry Essentials Grooming Salon is a welcoming and accommodating business. Their staff, particularly Michelle, are super friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. They offer flexible appointment scheduling and are patient with anxious dogs. The salon creates a comfortable environment for pets to receive their grooming, and the staff takes the time to provide personalized advice and care. Many clients have been extremely happy with their visits and have returned for repeat appointments, including some who have scheduled visits for special occasions.
I am beyond glad to have found such great groomers! Trooper suffers from anxiety, and they worked with him, quite literally! Understands the Aussie breed and how they require "one" person, and let him stay between their legs allowing them to be his person in my place. He also comes backs looking more handsome than ever, and super soft! Created a lifetime customer out of me today. Thank you for being patient with my boy!
