Can't say enough good things about Dr Forgues and his staff. His guidance and advice regarding my eyes is invaluable to me. The glasses I have purchased from him and the follow on support has been excellent. Great location, short waits, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent experience from the moment I called, until the moment I walked out the door. Staff is great - efficient, happy caring and comminicative. They made me feel right at home. I was tended to promptly, given a prompt assessment, sound advice, and even great options! Super impressed! I was seen at Elm Park (Russell St., Worc.) Office but they opened a new office this week in North Grafton, so patients will have a choice. New office is reportedly brand new, beautiful and impressive. I’ve been going to this practice for years and have no reason to look elsewhere. They are always accessible and accommodating. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is always clean and pleasant.
