I am the caretaker for my elderly aunt, and a home-health-aide from Everest Home Health Care comes to my home twice a week to help out with any needs my aunt or I have. Their professionalism is second to none. The staff genuinely cares about the patients, they consistently go above and beyond to do whatever they can not only to help the patient, but to help the caregivers. They also have someone from the agency call once a month to check in and make sure that the service you're getting is the best possible service. I I'm so happy that we chose this agency, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent Home Health Care.
My family is so grateful to have Windy help my 98 year old grandfather so he is able to still live in the comfort of his own home. She is with him 3 days a week, for two hours at a time, and she helps him with various tasks including bedding, laundry, cooking, and cleaning. She is so kind and patient with him and she communicates well with me to keep me updated. Her services give our family a peace of mind to know that someone is there for him.
