What really impressed me was how proactive he was. He solved problems I didn’t even know existed, like replacing rotted wood and fixing broken spotlights. He even dealt with a swarm of bees (poor guy!) without missing a beat. On top of that, he power washed the house, fence, and garage doors—something I hadn’t expected, but it made a huge difference.
