Let me first say 5 stars aren’t enough!!! After 8 months of no show no calls from other contractors a friend suggested Angi’s list, which he also used and had good luck, I signed up and right away got a text from Carlos with in 2 days he came over one night and took a look at what we wanted too do for with our sunroom, it had 9 old storm windows windows and screens, and wanted to install 3 Hugh picture windows with sliders.Carlos and crew made it happen!! We couldn’t ever expect it too come out so beautiful!!! I read in one review about Confidence Home improvement the customer missed having them around I couldn’t agree more the guys would show up every morning with smiles even after working all day in 80+ temps we consider Carlos and Co Family and will be missed!!! Great Co and absolutely Great experience and value, Ty again Carlos & Wife and the guys!!!!
We had an excellent experience, from start to finish. Carlos is talented and passionate about his work. He presented a reasonable budget and work plan, he worked with us to design what we needed (a storage shed, custom-built to match the design of our house, and a garage organization system), and he and his crew were professional and worked efficiently to execute the design. He kept to the agreed-upon price and schedule, and his work product exceeded expectations. Carlos and his team truly are good, honest people who care and deliver excellent quality in all of their work. We highly recommend Carlos to any homeowner! Susan and Kip (Needham, MA)
Carlos is wonderful. He is always available to talk about new projects or to fix new issues coming up with the property. He has done a fantastic job in every project. I only wish Carlos was around when we first moved in and renovated the house!
