I was driving home after work and randomly caught a flat in an area I didn’t know. They came directly to me, which was a huge relief. There was a mix-up with the tire size they initially brought, but they were completely transparent and gave me multiple options — including letting me use the tire they brought so I could make it home (an hr away) safely for the night, ordering the correct tire and replacing it later at no extra charge, or issuing a full refund.
Robert took his time in 19° weather to examine my tire and realized it could be permanently patched, saving me from buying a tire I didn’t actually need. He was so kind, honest, patient, and clearly cared about doing the right thing. They refunded me the difference, and everything was handled professionally.
