I am a repeat customer of Brightshine and I am writing a second review to again confirm the absolute perfect experience I had. You would think as a repeat customer, I would get treated as "one of the guys" and the bar would lower but not with Matt and his team. I was treated like it was the first time they met me, and they wanted my business, beginning to end. The entire experience was again, perfect. What I really want to acknowledge is that they listened to what YOU want, not what they want to sell to you. They listen and then inform you on what they are able to provide and then they finalize it with the plan for you to afford it. This is the way it should be in any business. Matt and team did a phenomenal job on my 2023 QX80! The previous owner did not take care of the car the same way I would have and it had a lot of paint issues. After talking to Matt, I knew he would be able to be able to bring out the best in the paint and have the vehicle looking amazing - and he delivered! Matt communicated throughout the process. The fact he offers a loaner vehicle, that is not a typical loaner vehicle but makes you feel valued, is what puts his business over the top!
