I am a repeat customer of Brightshine and I am writing a second review to again confirm the absolute perfect experience I had. You would think as a repeat customer, I would get treated as "one of the guys" and the bar would lower but not with Matt and his team. I was treated like it was the first time they met me, and they wanted my business, beginning to end. The entire experience was again, perfect. What I really want to acknowledge is that they listened to what YOU want, not what they want to sell to you. They listen and then inform you on what they are able to provide and then they finalize it with the plan for you to afford it. This is the way it should be in any business.
