I am a brand new home owner and noticed an issue with the meter on the side of my house sparking. Electric company came out, disabled my service for safety and informed me I would need an electrician to rectify the situation. After a couple days of reaching out unsuccessfully, I finally lucked out and called Arsenault - where the phone was answered by a human who was able to get to me same day and fix my issues. Not only were they able to assist me quickly but they also advised me of the best, most financially intelligent way to fix the remaining issues that were there. They took the time to explain everything to me and left me with my services restored and worries eased. I have more electrical work I need done over time and wouldn't fathom having it performed by anyone but Arsenault and their amazing team. Can't say enough ..
